Have these keyboards vintage black switches?

Hello,
do you know if one of these keyboards has vintage blacks? Do I understand correctly, that the "C" in the serial no. refers to a production in 1990 and that all black switches before 1994 are the old, smoother version. I'm a bit confused, because in the "Cherry date code" wiki there is an alternative mentioned with six digits, but I can't decode it here
