Good plate mount Cherry MX compatible board for switch testing?

Hi,
I’d like to test different Kailh BOX switches (provided I manage to get hold of some) in an actual keyboard. Right now I only have a tester with nine switches, which is far from keyboard reality. My idea is to take an MX board, get rid of the MXs and put in BOXs. I hope I don’t have to spend a three digit sum. It doesn’t have to be new, and I’d like it to be at least TKL and not hot swappable. I don’t mind soldering the switches in and out. Either way, the board has to have a mounting plate and should have case that isn’t frameless/floating/whateverthename and somewhat decent caps. This is about acoustics, too.
Which boards would (do?) you use? Thanks!
