project LS60-a Fujitsu leaf spring 60%keyboard

this is a Fujitsu 3rd generation leaf spring keyboard project based on xt layout, I just finish it these days,and it's fully tested, now I decide to share this project, I only got a few Fujitsu keyboard sample, so my pcb can only support two types of layout. :D based on my work, I guess you guys can build more FLS keyboard!

About the layout

the layout cames from two keyboard
the fitst one is a fujitsu oem keyboard for the great wall 0520A computer system in early 80s, it's pretty common in china.
and the layout can be found in many different type of fujitsu keyboard.
the length of the main key area is 0.25u shorter than modern standard keyboard.
these two layout have the same 8u space bar and the same cutout on the plate.

the second one is more like ISO layout.

the 2.25u left shift, notice the housing on the plate is the same as 2u keys, but they got different length of stabilizer wire

most of the slider and switch modules came from this keyboard, it looks like crap,but the switches are all functional and sliders are as smooth as new. this keyboard is a clicky switch version.

about the soldering
need to lift the pcb up with some pillar, and tape the switch module on the pcb

the led key caps,uses 3mm leds, need to lift up for 5~6mm with this tiny spacer.

Wow, very nice =o . Thanks for the detailed write-up!

I'd been wondering why nobody made an FLS board earlier. They're lovely switches ^^ .
