OpenVMS Keyboard?

In my town, somebody is offering an “OpenVMS Keyboard” for cheap (Product number AB552A). A quick Google search didn't turn up much, does anybody know what switches or keycaps I could expect? It's nice enough looking, I suppose:

Also, it does have a USB connector, what converters would I need to actually use this with my PC?

My guess is rubberdome if it has USB. Probably works just fine with a modern system at least. That’s because USB has a standard keyboard protocol: the USB human interface device spec. So USB is USB. Unlike all those older cables!
