Is the IBM KB-9910 Good?

Just wondering in case I take a gamble. How's the typing feel from experienced users?

From what I can google... it is a Chicony-made rubber dome keyboard.
It is
similar to the KB-7953, but a bit cheaper: lacking the KB-7953's metal plate.
I wouldn't bother with it.

with IBM, if it has windows keys, it's probably not great.
their ssk2's are decent domes apparently but i wouldn't pay huge prices for one.
