IBM model F XT HID not listeing with soarer's converter, please help

I've got XT from ebay, plugg into my pc with soarer's converter and soarer's converter driver installed on pc,
then no response from keyboard. I ran hid listen on three different pc and laptops but same result like photo.
what do I miss? or should I return the keyboard? I am noop..but love IBM Keyboards...
