Realforce key spacer

Does anyone know where in the box the 2/3mm key spacer is included on the R2 Realforce? Under the foldable black cardboard at the very bottom? I ask because I sold my Realforce on eBay and the buyer is protesting that there’s no keyspacer, but I don’t remember ever seeing one. Secondly, in the event it doesn’t turn up, does anyone have a spare? Personally I wouldn’t want to use one and thereby reduce the key travel, especially on an already silenced board that’s already quiet, but although I didn’t post a picture of it in the listing, it is listed in the specifications on the side of the box. Thanks for any help.

Could it be installed by default? Did you buy this keyboard new or from someone else?

I've never had one, but I remember it coming up in the reviews.

Good idea but I don’t think it was installed - I would have seen it when removing a keycap.

Dumb question from a noob: wasn’t the key spacer included only in the "PFU Limited Edition"?

Perhaps, not sure. But the one I had was indeed “PFU Limited Edition”, I just checked. Never noticed that before.

Did you buy it new? Or did your seller con you out of that spacer you never knew about? (Accidentally or not.)

Heh yes beginning to think that. I bought it new open box from someone whose feedback was 100% but is now lower. Maybe they snaffled it before selling to me or just forgot to include it.

N00b answer: I didn't know what they were or what they were for until Palatino messaged me, so I guess I'm n00bier.

I have two spacers in the box for my PFU. No spacers in the box for my non-PFU. Note that my Topres are TKL, so full-size keyboard might be a "ymmv."

I found that the Realforce RGB also came with spacers, but they're significantly different from the ones included with my PFU.
