NCR Terminal Keyboard 3299-k400 with Cherry MX Black

Hi,
I managed to get some nice keyboards.
One of them is old NCR Terminal Keyboard 3299-k400 with Cherry MX Black switches and double shotted caps.
I tried to connect it via DIN / PS2 / USB to my PC, but nothing happened.
When I press Numlock, it was only blinking.
So I would like to ask, if possible to convert this keyboard with Soarers or Teensy for use on normal PC?
