Alps buckling spring keyboards

Does anybody know which boards had these? I'd love to get my hands on one but the wiki only mentions the Sega Teradrive to have them.
Sidenote: What was that BS board that felt so horrible again? The one somebody lit on fire? We had one at IKP12. (hm...we need a nice acronym for the keyboard party
