So I want to get myself some new keycaps (87keyset) and from previous experience with wasdkeyboards, their keycaps are just way too thin for my taste (feel cheap and not solid at all). I have Noppoo choc mini and want keycaps to be around the same thickness. Can you guys help me out here and point in the right direction?

imsto or go for the best and get some nice Cherry doubleshots. Both have the same profile as the Choc mini too so it won't feel so odd if you need to mix and match. qwerkeys also seem to be quite nice for some other options and more colors available.

You could also look for lasered Cherry thick PBT keys. Much cheaper than doubleshots
