Source of keys with little indents for mouse-knob

I am speaking of keys, commonly G and H, which leave room for a mouse nipple, or whatever politically correct name you want to call them.
Does SP have molds for them?
Are there any at least somewhat common and cheap Cherry boards which have them?

It's not only G and H, but B as well.
Ascaii sold quite a lot of complete sets with those three keycaps some time ago:

Perhaps he will get some more, or one of his buyers may have replaced those three keys with "normal" ones and be happy to resell them.

I totally forgot that the B also has to be special, thanks.
I will look into Ascaii's sale, but it looks as if it has probably ended.
