I need to get myself a PS/2 to USB adapter for the Maltron 3D L89 I recently bought off of fossala. Now I am wondering - what sort of adapter do I best get myself? Will I need an active one, e.g. the Bluecube? Or would a passive one also suffice?

Yeah, I had to buy one of these when I had a Maltron. It didn't like my active belkin.

Is this a good time to get a teensy and set it up as a soarer's converter?

That sounds like a fun thing to do. I might actually try that... Does anyone have experience about how well that works for the Maltron.

Hesitant to spend 15+ quid on the Maltron converter, was hoping the bluecube worked just as well.
