It's a part of a M 290 Olivetti model...
RD or mechanical? .Is it worth it?

High quality rubber dome, probably not worth it if you're looking for a mechanical keyboard but it would be worth it if you're looking for a good rubber dome. (Well, depending on the price of course)

Got one of those. Rubber dome indeed. Great looking keycaps.
High quality but quite heavy to use.
