First build

Hey guys. Couple questions here.
First off I want to build my own keyboard as nobody offers one with the layout that I want. What I am looking for is for a TKL board with no "F" keys either but with keeping the cursor keys and the "Insert" block above them. Also I need the board to be programmable at the hardware/firmware level so I can put the "F" keys and media keys into a function layer.
One that really caught my eye was the Phantom. However I realized that I missed the group buy over on GH. After some searching around on line I can't seem to find anywhere that to purchase one with a Teensy. If anyone could provide me with the necessary files so I could send off for one from a PCB maker that would be great. Also a website for a Teensy would be great as well.
As far as a case I am going to be making my own due to needing a touch of extra room for a mod in the future if I can get this working. But I could use some base dimensions for the Phantom plate so I can start designing my case. Now in regards to having the plate cut. On Cherry Corps website it lists the tolerance for the holes in the plate at +-.-002 inches. How critical is this tolerance. The reason that I ask is a friend of mine has a non CNC bridge port and he has no problem letting me use it but he normally only works down to about a +-.005 inch tolerance.
For other parts I have sourced up a website for MX Clears and diodes from www.mouser.com. Are there any other parts that I would need for this build aside from stabilizers?

PS If this is in the wrong section feel free to move and I apologize in advance.
