Looks interesting, I wonder how comfortable it is to wear and use it for longer periods of time (e.g. a whole work day).
I suspect that it is probably rather bad compared to a normal mouse as you will have to move your wrist a lot to move the mouse cursor

Hmm I think I've seen finger mount mice various times before, and always they end up as discounted gadgets and not serious alternatives.

Those were optical, this one seems to use an acceleration sensor or something like that.
Just move your hand like in the video or try to mimic the click coming from the usual typing position. Feels terrible for me, even compared to grabbing the mouse.
Too much wrist movement and you still have to lift the whole hand.
