KBTPure.com white switch confusion

I noticed that KBTPure.com was offering KBT Pure and Race keyboards with switches like "MX-White" and "MX-Milky". When I contacted them to ask whether "Milky" and "White" is the same as "Clear", I got the following response:
KBT Europe wrote:Mx-Milky is also known as Mx-White. But Mx-Clear and mx-white are not the same kind of switches.
So, if the aforementioned is true, they are offering keyboards with actual MX White switches. I still suspect that the switch is, in reality,Cherry MX clear

Can anyone confirm this? Are the switches just plain old MX clears with a different name?

I bought a kbt race with "milk" switches, and they are indeed MX white NOT clears.
Oh and whites are quite a nice switch :)

Thanks for the quick response. I remember reading about vintage whites having a hard tactile click. How are the modern whites like? Clicky? Linear?

Modern whites are similar to greens, except the click is much quieter. So like heavy blues slightly silenced.

In Chinese, "Clear" and "White" are the exact same word (they dont have a different term for them). So what we call "clear" they call "white" and what we call "white" they call Milky.

So Milky = Cherry MX white and Chinese Cherry Mx White = english Cherry MX clears
