Mod/replace Cherry MX switches when the have an LED

So, I got a Poker today and I love it. :)
Bought it with browns, favour blues, this is how far I got without touching the PCB:

Since I apparently can't open a switch with an LED applied: how do I proceed from here? Do I need a desoldering iron? Would de- and resoldering those seven LEDs be difficult for someone with no soldering experience? Anything else I need to look after? Or is there some sorcery that let's me mod Cherry switches with LEDs without any soldering? :D
Thanks in advance for any help. :3
