Ducky Shine 2 Random questions.

I got a ducky shine 2 w/ white LED's and brown cherry mx switches and have been loving it. I do have some random questions however and was pointed to this forum as a place with some pretty smart people 
So here are my questions:
1) I wanted to have the reactive lighting mode on with WASD always lit up. I know there is the custom mode lighting options but I couldn't figure out if I could do Reactive with some lights ALWAYS on. Is this possible and if so how?
2) The program buttons at the top right above the 10-key are awesome....sometimes. Is there a way I can reprogram those buttons to launch a different program or just disable one or two of them?
