Access uses Cherry switches in their boards, but I don't know if they always used Cherry.

That is an Access-IS board with plate mounted cherry blacks and SP DS.
It is also exists in versions not branded by Quantel which IIRC is one of the one owned by a DT user as guilleguillaume hints to.
It also looks like Quantel used to make their own keyboard with cherry M7/M8 (I forget which one is which, it has the low profile ones.) (this could also just be rebranded Access-IS considering they're both English)

Wow that is really high price. There was a load of these on US ebay for cheap not too long ago. There is one left for $45 now.
Also there are these older ones with sphericals which I think to be more interesting

This looks like Cherry. The LED-windows are typical.
