I don't know what brand/model it is but I'd wager that it's not mechanical.

Those caps and plastic back plate smell like rubber dome.

It seems to be Fujitsu rubber dome with their hall effect sensor pointing device.
Tenkeyless version of FKB8735?

PrintScreen and Pause legends are fubar.

Well, I think that is a nice board, mech or not !
