There are still some fundamental research made in IBM ( welle not so hard science
).

IBM is into the hard science of using a research lab to provide cool videos to promote IBM consultancy and services and at the same time cloak that they are no longer relevant.

Most likely a 15... maybe an 11... a 12 would be wierd!... anyway, it's not a 10
