Which keyboard is this?

Hello I found this keyboard and I would like to know if it is mechanical and more info.

That font alone is quite something:
Love the drunken @ and the fatty 3. Q looks ashamed its not an O.

The font reminds me of Key Tronic, but it does not match completely with the keyboards I have.
