Rubber coated key caps?

Hello
I recently purchased a Corsair K90 as my first mechanical keyboard. Before this, I was using a Razer Lycosa for about 3 years, and some Packard Bell a couple of years before that. Both of these keyboards had rubber coated keys (they were plastic, but they had rubber on them). When I switched to the K90, I have found that the bare ABS key caps are very much different from what I used to work with. My hands are very often sweaty for no reason, and I find myself slipping on the keys all the time. Writing this text I had more than 15 typing mistakes because of this.
I find it very annoying so I was wondering if you could get some rubber coated key caps anywhere online, so I could replace. I also looked at Plasti Dip which is some kind of a liquid rubber in various colours, and can also be transparent (my keyboard is backlit). I'm not sure about the Plasti Dip because I heard people saying that it's not very durable or it gets dirty very fast, however considering that key caps cost a meaningful amount of money and Plasti Dip is only about 5 pounds, I'm not really sure. I'm hoping that someone here has knowledge about these things, or maybe knows where to buy rubber key caps, preferably translucent for backlight.
Thanks for any help.
