How Permanentely Remap Key

My spacebar is broken i connect to windows_l with cabel
i remap window_l>spacebar now but with sharpkeys but it not permanentely
and time, I moved the pc or laptop I have the settings again
I need software that can permanently remap the key
but does not change the laptop keyboard settings

You need to install some GNU/Linux. I recommend Debian.
Also, just remove the broken pieces of the space bar and put a 1.5 units cap on. You won't ever need a larger space bar once you adapted yourself to a small one.

What 7bit means: Install Arch Linux.

I think Dr. Seuss is meant to be good, too. Or the one that used to be brown and is made by an astronaut on his laptop: in space!

i need software for remap key,why so linux?
yes,i dot't like big space

The mapping is either in your keyboard or done with software / your operating system.
You don't want to change the settings of your PC and you can't simply remap a keyboard.
What you want to do is not possible without either replacing the keyboard controller OR remapping it with software (Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator, AutoHotkey, SharpKeys etc.).
Also your short answers don't make us want to post more. At least tell us what you tried so we can help you.

I've tried MKLC they can not remap Win_L > Space,and auhotkeys i've tried they are too complicated
my keyboard hpe,i dont where controllernya maybe without cotroller
i'm confused controller with teensy
