Simple: it isn't. False advertising FTW

It's a Tai-Hao keyboard. Those are Tai-Hao APC BSW switches, but Tai-Hao also make Cherry MX keyboards, so that is nothing more than a simple mix-up.

That appears to be an F21-7D keyboard, which is sold with both types of switch:

i did search before asking, and none of the results pointed me to the tai-hao site (or viceversa). It would have been quite funny to have cherries with such an ALPS-like top.

The gotcha with the Alps-mount Cherry MX switches is that we have no idea why they were made, and for whom, and whether they ever went into production. Same goes for several other variants yab lists. A lot of knowledge exists only in the Chinese-language communities.
