Recently bought on ebay:
The seller told me he bought the keyboard at the end of the 90s for a µC project. He didn't have any more information besides of that.
The keyboard is equipped with Alps compatible sliders over domes.
The keycaps are doubleshot.
I think someone posted one of these in the Matteos DSA Retro groupbuy.

The slider guide shafts don't come out, do they? Is the slider plate a single moulding?
I'm not sure how to classify that. It's a bizarre hybrid between [wiki]Alps dome with slider[/wiki] and [wiki]Alps integrated dome[/wiki].
I never cease to be amazed.

I didn't try to pull a slider out, but I'll try it tomorrow or at the week end.
The slider plate is single moulding.

I'm thinking that maybe the name would describe the fact that the dome is held down by … something. "Alps dome-held-in-place-by-…something".
I've just added every other Alps-mount switch already on the wiki, to [wiki]Alps mount recognition[/wiki]. This one is stuck until it gets a name.

Alps housed/enclosed/encapsulated/encased/someothersynonym dome?

Alps boxed/crate dome? I'd go with diced dome, but then every switch name would be alliterated if I had my way.

Ugh, so a hybrid between the integral mouldings of the HiTek keyboards and single dome switches underneath?
Good luck coming up with a short name...

The design varies, and I never found a definitive version, but here's my best effort to date:
http://deskthority.net/wiki/File:Alps_E ... d_logo.svg
Edit: If someone can get me a perfectly top-down version of that logo, I'll redo the drawing. I was working off a switch mould, which was all I had at the time that was free of skew. I only created the SVG for the switch recognition diagrams, but it would be nice to have a proper version.

Thank you for creating that wiki page. I'm going to upload some pictures on the weekend.
