I normally cant stand the vintage boards with the uneven rows but my, that is a fine kb. I like the look of that.

E: did little googling and asked owner where he got that one.
Here it is its a keyboard of Compis dator
Owner said that he has working Compis at shelf. But i didin't find any information about keyboard or what switches that board has.
