Chording keyboard: Tipro vs. Acces-IS

I have made software for an advanced chording keyboard. Most keys are both characters and modifiers at the same time, e.g. A prints the letter 'a', but A+C produces Ctrl+C, so A acts lika a Ctrl modifier. Here's my layout:

Now, I'd like to apply this software to a non-staggered keyboard.
Now is the question: Which keyboard would allow me to implement this layout? I've been looking at:

Now is the question: Which keyboard would allow me to implement this layout? I've been looking at:
- Access-IS, e.g. buying two 6x8 matrixes: http://www.access-is.com/pdf/AKC048_Pro ... yboard.pdf
- Tipro, using a 8x16 matrix and use the lower 5 rows: http://www.tipro.net/ecatalogue/free-12 ... able-keys/
