I've been looking for a stepped caps lock key cap for my Corsair K95 RGB, but haven't had any luck.

Anyone in here know if it's possible to buy one of these key caps somewhere?

What you ask for is a bit of an oddity because the Caps Lock key's stem is in the centre and most stepped Caps Lock keycaps are made with the stem slightly to the left.

However, a few have been made. Those I know of have a slightly lower profiles than the one I think Corsair uses, so they won't fit well together with your existing keys. Also, Corsair's modifier layout on the bottom row is unusual in that Ctrl, Alt and Windows keys are different sizes and a Space Bar that is 6.5 key-units wide - so you wouldn't be able to exchange all keys to make the keyboard consistent. While there are kits that contain all three sizes for the modifiers, I have yet to see that size of Space Bar in a third-party kit.
Also, I don't think there exists any stepped Caps Lock key that supports backlighting.

I don't mind if the light can't shine through, as long as it's black and stepped I just want that single key cap swapped out.

But it sounds like I will have to do some modification myself.

You can buy one of these Leopold sets (other style is available from same seller), it comes with stepped caps lock like this:

that fits on switch aligned for 1.75 key size with centered stem like what you need. They are very nice keycaps, but you will need to get some 1.5 Ctrl keys from another source and the spacebar will be a tiny bit too short but will fit on... maybe pick up a Cherry profile RGB kit or something similar probably easiest way to get 'matching' 1.5 Controls and etc. This way you can get what you want and not have a bunch of different random mismatch keycap with different profiles.

Looks good! Gonna keep an eye on it, it's currently not in stock for cherry mx font.
