lighter version of mx blue

hello keyboard experts,
I like the click sound of the mx blue switch however for typing and general use it feels to heavy for me. I would prefer a lighter version. Is there anything out there? I know you can change springs but I read the click of the regular mx blue won't be there anymore.
Also I would not be afraid of using kailh switches..is the blue kailh switch lighter or heavier compared to the cherry mx blue?

MX blues already use Cherry's lightest spring. It's the same spring as in MX brown and MX red, which are already very light. I don't know of any switches that are lighter out-of-the-box, except for maybe 35g Topre but I don't know if you can buy full boards of them.
I'd recommend just trying to swap in lighter springs. It shouldn't change the clickiness too much. I know that 50g Korean custom springs are a bit lighter than stock MX Blue/Red/Brown springs, so maybe those would be good to look into.

Don't MX white have heavier springs than MX blue? I thought that they were more like MX greens in feel than blues.

Well you could try the razer (kailh) green switches, they're a MX Blue clone at 45g force. The actuation point is at 1.5mm instead of 2mm as well.
Kailh blue switches are actually at 60g force I think.

If you mean 45 cN, then that's the same as MX blues. Check this out:

That sounds interesting. Maybe someone has those 2 switches laying around and want to try it out?

There was 2 kind of white... one had light springs and are very light feeling. Those went out of production in mid 1980's so good luck with that... but if you are determined you can probably find some. The ones made now do have the same spring as green, which is much heavier like 80g. I did swap out the stems in the main typing area with those from white current on a blues board. They feel about the same as blue really, just sounds different.
