Tulip 9151B is a slider on rubber dome over membrane keyboard from Tulip Computers. It has double-shot keycaps with Alps compatible switch mounts, but the stabilizer mechanism is non-standard and part of some of the keycaps, in a form similar to that of second generation and upwards IBM Enhanced Keyboards. The rubber dome mat and the membrane are sandwiched between a plastic top with cylinders that holds the sliders and a metal back plate. The layers are screwed together and put in the case with the PCB.
Very little manufacture identification information exists. From the FCC ID, the OEM is Jing Mold Electronic Technology (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd.
