When you make a second order, does it take the same order number as the first one? Because I made a second order and it seems to have the same number (0962).

I've sent 3 messages with items to the bot, how do I know it's working? First message I had both the items I wanted and my mail, and adress. Bit The ones after I just send the extra items I wanted. How do I know if it's working and how long does it take before I get a message from the bot.
