I'm no POS expert, but the Access-IS ones look about right. The one I've played with (which looks much like those) has plate mounted MX blacks. I wouldn't bet on the IBM, though.

Access-IS have MX black platemount. PS/2 models usually have NKRO. Some USB models are only 2KRO. They require 32bit Windows to program if applicable.
