I prefer short travel low profile keys. If only there were any high quality keyboards with such keys. I use Filco for high quality of construction and perfect layout.

Bluetooth / USB hybrid operation would differentiate keyboard nicely, I think.

It's even worse than that. Replacement only for DOA items. Any other defects will be "fixed". That said, most people seem to be happy with the quality of service they receive from EK.

You mean only one was dumb enough not to change IP and clear history and cookies? People are surprisingly smart.

No, keys on this new FKBN87MPWC are really white. I saw a picture somewhere comparing white FIlco (which is indeed creamy) and FKBN87MPWC.

Tenkeyless ANSI is sold out, but full-size ANSI and both Japanese versions are in stock:

Yes, that's cheaper than Filcos were. Tenkeyless Filcos are $139 including shipping on Amazon right now, and I think they were $129 + shipping on EK.

EK is on record that $99 is a permanent price for the time being and this is how it was planned all along.

I want Bluetooth Filco or Archiss/Leopold

My ideal keyboard would support both Bluetooth wireless connection and detachable cable USB/PS2 connection (charging batteries while connected with USB/PS2 cable). This would give us the best of both worlds. Do you think we will ever see such keyboard from Filco or Archiss/Leopold? I know Filco once...
