Re: F62+F77 orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards
My F62 arrived a few weeks ago and I've been daily driving it since. The Esc key was a bit bowlegged and required some squeezing to get it to move freely, but other than that it's been running flawlessly. Great work Ellipse and everyone else involved! I do seem to be missing a 1.5U Ctrl key though. ...

Yes thanks to Zed the key legend offerings will be expanded! If anyone wants any customized keys that others may also be interested in, now is the time to post your suggestions! The sublimation template sheets have not yet been finalized. I'll go ahead and suggest 1.75U FN (or Function or Layer 2 o...

Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to measure the actuation point on switches. Contact switches are straightforward. However capacitive and magnetic switches tend to be a lot trickier to get the precise actuation point. If you’re reading a graph and it’s missing the Actuation Force, it generally m...

Here's a quick top down photo. I know it's dark, but it's a dark day and I'm having difficulty getting a shot without glare on the keycaps. Top.JPG I think it does a good job of showing the font! Interrestingly, the fonts don't differ from the D400 as much as I previously thought (except the number...

morkl, mr_a500, would you be up for taking some hi-res top down pics of your keys? Oh crap - I missed this. Does anybody still need a top down picture? The D2 seems to have a different font than the D400 . E.g straight vs. squiggly line in the Q and completely different threes and zeroes. So top do...

Row assignments are not locked down, but I happen to like 1-1-2-3-4-3. But there's another possibility worth considering. When I look at photos of the original terminal keyboards, the keys all look like what we would refer to as row 4. They all tilt up towards the top of the keyboard. But since Sig...

I'd still like a photo to take a close look at legends. The one that sticks out to me is the numerical "3" which would be really nice to have made right. morkl, mr_a500, would you be up for taking some hi-res top down pics of your keys? I'm finally back home, and I have borrowed a fancy tripod for ...

Woop! My order finally arrived today, after being mixed up with another package by the Swedish postal service and going on a cross-country tour. The package they mixed it up with arrived at my local post office for the third time today; I wonder if that poor lady will ever get her package... Anyway,...

I just won an auction for one of the smaller Dasher boards with the blue colour scheme . Unfortunately, I got distracted in the end of the accompanying D400 terminal auction from the same seller and messed up my bid. I'll post pictures as soon as the keyboard has arrived and I'm back home from my va...

Hmm. I'm thinking about getting one. It looks like, if I were to get four, there would be three interested International buyers, is that right? I like buying in bulk because it makes my shipping less expensive. Let me see if the seller is willing to cut me a deal on a bunch of them. I'd be interest...
