Very nice, have you had a hard time adjusting to it? No, it was not that hard. The worst part is the shift keys, and I sometimes press select instead of h. Should have a stiffer spring there. Regarding the symmetric staggering, it's just like a matrix layout except that the keycaps are not turned s...

Just send me a list.

For SPH the 1 unit keys are no problem, but the 1.5 units }] will be.
Alright, I'll have a look at it and compare with the current sets.

It's very possible that something like that was in R3, but without a 1.5 ]} ..

No reason to put in more keys and make it even more expensive!

Does FUN serve as RETURN? FUN switches to layer 2 - the HHKB layer. \| and ] are not swapped, I just didn't have matching keycaps. So what is RETURN? Also, which key caps do you need? Select, between G and H, is return! For this layout I'd need a 1.5 unit ]}, normal colour; 1 unit \|, normal colour...

 It would have been so easy: Just remove the black cap and remove the plate inside. shupt the cap and it will never bep again. Oh! The best part of that adventure was when I realised that I didn't have to desolder anything after all to disconnect the controller  I see you need more key...

Tipro symmetric stagger

This is one of the 122 key Tipro keyboards 7bit got, equipped with a symmetric stagger layout. This layout is super! I only would like it to be more like a square and less like a trapezoid. This is my work keyboard; desoldered the buzzer ;) The left lower 1.5 key shifts to layer 3 which has numbers ...

It doesnt matter what domain you use. It maters where you host it at. Your probably best of renting a vps in Russia, China, anti-usa muslim countries and set it up as web/mail server Sure it does. I don't want anything under direct usa/china/etc/ control. Registrar matter as well. Would you use god...

For moving my email away from google. Its as much for privacy (google scanning my email, but email are not secure communications in any case) as it is for not being held hostage by a a company. (By hosting myself I delegate the hostaging out to several: power, domain, dns, isp etc).

Re: Safe domain names

If someone wants to steal a .no they have to go to Norway. Or I suppose ICANN can remove .no all together.

I'll have a look at that tomorrow. Now I'm only looking for a domain name; I'll host it myself (it'll only be accessible by me). I may want to pay for a service for accepting email temporarily before it's moved to my server, but I don't want to store anything outside of home.

Somehow I imagined that you'd have to be from Iceland or have a business there to get a .is, but now I'm not sure. Haven't looked into it.

So civil rights is not very PC, and the conclusion is that nowhere is safe from the clammy hands of the 'world police'?

Safe domain names

In these times of ACTA et. al., which country is the safest for domain names? I'm looking for the country with the least probability for succumbing to requests from rogue states (e.g. USA, EU) and agencies.

Are Switzerland and Lichtenstein good candidates? Any other suggestions?

Is it buggy? I haven't tried fancy scodes with the 122 key; doesn't it support them?

Tecdis X20021 display datasheet

I just got a Tipro with a display from CeeSA which internals I will replace with my own. One-handed keyboard perhaps? It would be cool to connect the display to the Teensy (controller), but then I'd need the datasheet or something. Does anybody know where I can find such a thing? Internet search did...
