Those could be anything from indeed the real thing (that probably did not pass QC or something) to cheaply made budget copies. No easy way to tell really. The only guarantee to get the real deal, new, with warranty, is to buy from a official sales rep. OEM boxing could be the case if these mice for ...

I always steal those 10mm half hemispherical rubber feet that come under various appliances (keyboards, modems, routers, audio equipment) whenever i see those kind of thing being discarded. You could probably buy those new somewhere, they are awesome! Also, you can check IKEA... over here they have ...

Looks like a relative simple board without the diodes and stuff.... If i were you id number all the pins on the controller (with a little marker right on the pcb) I would then (with the multi-meter set to measure continuity aka 'diode' ) measure to what two controller pins every switch is connected ...

iMod.. Did you do it yourself or send it to redwine or whatever their name is ? I'm thinking that having the line-level signal running in real cables instead of traces on the print-board improves thing measurably and audibly ? Also, you are running RockBox, right ? Have you tried the new Meir-cross...

Bigger membrane = better bass, also all in-ears that I had, no matter how expensive they where, died because of a broken cable. Grab the Headphones. The magic word here is user replaceable cable ;) In the end it all comes down to taste i guess. Both the over ear and in ear have pros and cons and in...

Thunderbolt. You can send pretty much anything over it. eh, thunderbolt cables arn't as flexiable and most devices that use usb don't need that kind of transfer speed, i think most things will go USB and lightpeak/thunderbolt will be mostly for just storage, monitors and maybe gaming mice ? May i a...

Unfortunately being heavy nor being expensive are a good indication for it being a mechanical board especially when talking about wireless stuff (every cow is an animal, not every animal is a cow comes to mind). Usually when someone designs a wireless board they keep in mind that the board might act...

If the current doesn't change when adding resistors you're obviously doing something not completely right ;) (or your eyes could be deceiving you, the human eye is pretty bad at rating brightness... it is however pretty good at c...

Get three completely different boards, swap between em every week. Im not a doctor, but the 'r' in RSI stands for repetitive right? So whatever type of board and/or switch you choose can cause this (or keep it up) simply because you keep doing the same motion over and over again. Three different boa...

Wow! Thanks for that link. I would still prefer a dongle that could convert ANY USB keyboard to Bluetooth. Im pretty sure such a device does not exist....
