I think a couple of things worked in your favor with this one. Firstly, everyone is currently skint from xmas. Second, there were two on ebay at the same time (the other was arguable better condition wasn't it?)

What's so disappointing about it? Webwit is probably the best person to ask. From what I remember from the pictures that he posted up of the internals the construction very different; there's even some sticky tape in there.

There are two M15s on ebay at the moment.

Model F for the best switches ever. Clicky but not as tiring as the model M's. This is sadly the problem with model Ms; beautiful looking boards, they are just too tiring to type on. I love their weight, the key profile and the sturdiness of that space bar! A SSK with Cherry black; now I think that...

I've just downloaded and installed it now, it's actually incredibly easy to use! It took me 5 mins to create a colemak layout then you just click: Project --> Build DLL and Setup Package. This creates an install file; you install. Hey presto you have colemak or whatever custom layout you have just d...

Ok well I've given dvoark another go, this time with typing master pro. Three days in and it's going much better. I'm still using qwerty for everyday/work typing at the moment but hopefully I'll be phasing it out soon.

Jesus, I haven't visited this thread in a while. Shit has gotten pretty heated. I'd personally feel much more comfortable handing my money over to a trusted member of DT (I like the idea of splitting the GH and DT group buy up) than a massdrop. It's a massive stressful/thankless commitment for someo...

Necrobump! A bit of an update. I managed to snag one of these for 75 from ebay the other day, bargain as they're 500+ in the shops. http://cdn01.trixum.de/upload2/36800/36770/1/16e705f1bbcfce5b42ac0239c20886986.jpg I've been using it for about 4 days now and I absolutely love it! An HHKB with embedded numpad... that's almost the perfect keyboard. If I could get mine modded into a dual Bluetooth/corded with embedded numpad I'd carry it with me everywhere I went. I'm currently working on a bluetooth mod for my Kinesis right now based on hasu's firmware. If all goes well and t...

Well I tired reallly hard to stick to DVORAK for 2 days but it was too difficult. It's just the most frustrating thing in the world knowing that you can blast a paragraph out in 2 mins and with a new layout it's going to take you 20 mins. I don't think there is ever going to be a great time for me t...

Missed this too; GWS. I broke my right arm in a bike accident earlier this year, not being able to make use of your right arm is most inconvenient when it's your dominant appendage.
