Yes to both questions. It's fairly straightforward as it's an AT-compatible device but with a specific PS/2 plug pinout - the mouse's passthrough pins are in the usual positions with the keyboard's clock and data through the two typically unused pins. I think IBM did this because they assumed the host

I'm looking for one keyboard, but I don't know the model and manufacturer so maybe someone can help me. So it is a standard mechanical keyboard for a PC XT/AT computer, made of metal, created before 1988. AT slot, the keys were rounded along the edges and quite shallow and close to each other.
