For some obscure reason, Mitsumi keyboards were really popular in the former Soviet Union. There are literally tons of them floating on the second-hand market.
I have a very similar model marked KPQ-EA4ZA. Different case, but the same switch. It's very meh even for a rubber dome board. In the end I used rubber sleeves from that keyboard to convert my BTC 5339R-O from linear to tactile.

yep, good eyes, seebart! .. very similar to Commodore KPQ-E99YC. Large Enter, Win, and Menu keys, but otherwise very similar. (probably should have put this post under Photos )
