Tulip 9151B drop-in replacement?

I am not overly familiar with vintage boards and thus I do not know how closely the manufacturers would follow the quasi-standard set by IBM for the keyboard-layout and switch-positioning.

Do you think there could be a more or less drop-in replacement for a Tulip 9151B case to use it with either IBM buckling spring or MX-compatible switches, was far as the openings of the case for the keys go (for the moment ignoring the lowest row with the modifiers)?

It is possible that I might get a mint Tulip case, and I am very particular to that logo, but I would want to actually use it, and a mm more or less might make a huge difference.

It is a long shot, but maybe someone has got one and could take some measurements and compare.
