With fumed oak there are no minimum orders required! I will update add the renders later today.
I definetely decided to change my
Walnut order to
Fumed Oak.
Gothic860 could you PM me my order details? I lost them on GH roll back and couldn't save them. I remember them but would prefer to see them

Hi again

If I sent my Keyboard and a Micro USB Extension Cable, could you cut the end off and solder the cable to the Keyboard with 3-5 cm sticking out (Female end) of the keyboard case?

If I sent you a normal Micro USB to USB cable with it could you test it?
The cable is the same just the connector is different. (same wires)

Yes, i can test it. I just need a female mini USB Cable. I already have a Filco Cable here for testing.

C'mon chaps! Another chance at a your_choice_of_wood-en beautiful filco keyboardcase!! Including a teeny weeny wristrest!!!

A lignum vitae case would be amazing, but stupidly expensive and that's even if you could source some + it would be a pain to machine, works more like a metal than a wood!

Update for Mini-USB:
Its working! So yes, i can offer you a female mini USB connector (+10€ incl. cable (female mini USB -> mini USB)), but you still have to solder your cable. I will make a milling for it and glue it inside.
+ you can now also get
brushed wood (+15€) (not possible with every wood, but i can make models if necessary).

Hey Gothic, is your case in the pictures gloss or matt? Polished or not?

Ok thanks

Do Teak or Walnut ever have knots in them? I really like the knot that you have in your case but I haven't ever really seen teak or walnut wood with that much character.

If this is still open (how did I miss this?) I'd be interested in oak.
What would it cost (without the extras?)
edit: I found it (hidden between the many photos):
Pricing:
I calculated the stuff and i can offer you 1 case (wood price group 1, normal wood quality, laquered, no height adjustment) for 140€.
Is it possible to get it non-laquered?
Wood:
price group 1: Oak (Eiche), Beech (Buche), Core Beech (Kernbuche) ger. Maple (deutscher Ahorn)
price group 2: (+19€): Ash (Esche), am. Walnut (am. Nussbaum), ger. Cherry (deutscher Kirschbaum), Mahogany (Mahagoni)
price group 3: see "Special-woods"
Also, the 7bit-layout requires that certain parts of the top cover need to be cut out:

Yes, -5€.
Also, the 7bit-layout requires that certain parts of the top cover need to be cut out:
Possible, but i need a extra CNC-programm for this, so +20€.
Do Teak or Walnut ever have knots in them?
I only have 1 teak plank in stock and its nearly knot-free and i don't think walnut will happen -> not enough interests.

I.e., specify more to order; add up your 'extras' to get to your quote total
