I was hoping that someone somewhere had done a teardown of a Monroe calculator with a Datanetics elastic diaphragm keypad or one with DC-50 or DC-60 switches, but nothing. Not even one with Alps switches (I didn't even find the ones we know about.)
However, I found a video of a Monroe 1651 with this switch inside:
Any ideas? The only reed switches I know of that general shape (Elec-Trol, GRI and Clare-Pendar) are all branded, and this is strangely unbranded.
