Could very well be that way, because when you look at the first pic I posted there clearly are some novelties. I suppose it wasn't the most technically minded person who handled the communication from MaxKey's side, like you said.

I've used SEPA, and I'm from Sweden, so I've done it with a different currency, the bank just converts the money and send it in euro instead. As far as I know it should work from UK too, good luck

Yeah, I thought it sounded weird too, just "reporting" what I've read. He specifically used the word mold, but that could just as well be a hasty translation by Ryu given that he conversed in Chinese with the MaxKeys representative. I suppose that they just want to discourage custom key production.

When I was lurking the /r/mk discord a few days ago, I read that MaxKeys isn't that keen on making custom keys. Just FYI it seems like that if you cancel part of your R7 order with the discount applied to it, you lose the discount for the whole order, at least that what happened to me. Maybe it's just a temporary hiccup and it might soon be fixed, but as usual, 7bit isn't the fastest to reply.
