I like where this is going but I am so confused.

it is weird but su can be used to login as another user than root. Sudoing it elevates it to force logging in to such account without knowing the root or tkc password. However the password prompt should ask for main its password and not tkc. ;p

su stands for " substitute user" not super user or ...

The first 2 batches had manufacturer faults where the tooling caused inconsistency on some domes especially on the top row. The PCBs and domes are made by Topre but the casing and final touches are done in another factory. I have a friend who bought a unit in the US end of last year and he got one ...

Yes indeed. These are MX models. Topre is not going to happen anytime soon due to a too large of MOQ.

As informed before, Leopold is working on ISO versions of their keyboards. They have two models coming in ISO UK Qwerty. The FC660M ISO UK in black and the FC980M ISO UK in black. If there is interest I will be setting up pre-orders for them and get them stocked in January to test the market ...
