As someone who got into keyboards through reddit and being invited to these awards is the main push that makes me want to join this community, yikes. I'm way too new to have seen any ripster drama, and I completely get that many people don't like him and on a few levels it would be weird to see him ...

I'm guessing it's still dye-subbed from the looks of it though, right? If those are PBT they look like they'd be some pretty nice caps.

On another note the [ key looks so happy

They are clearly exploiting their reputation in the gamer community to sell high margin junk to Ill informed consumers. At this point isn't that their reputation? Having a small handful of good products out of everything they've ever made, and then everything else being cheap and subpar in basicall...

Didn't vote for either, but well deserved for both. After the deskthority this is probably the hardest one to pick, everyone deserves it.

My plan was to buy a cheap g81 keyboard with my switches, but it seems that the switches arent't that good. I just bought a cheap Chinese keyboard with outemu blue switches. Remember that this is just to try out mechanical because I typed all my life on a memrane keyboard and never typed on a mecha...

Are the numbers a different color? They look a little different but I can't tell if it's the lighting or being dye-subbed.

Thank you all guys, I'm planning to buy my first mechanical keyboard and i want to try it out first by buying a cheap one. Just as a warning, like uncletobai said MY switches are pretty different from common MX switches, and much more disliked, and I wouldn't base any opinions on them. The wiki pag...

Fold-2000: I wouldn't vote for the flexible keyboard. While it is absolutely horrible to type on, it is not new, it is not unique (there are many similar ones) and there are applications where it makes sense. Unless you're typing underwater I can't think of any real applications. Though I agree, an...

Look like switch blockers to me, which obviously wouldn't be included in the giveaway.

It was a pretty nice little rundown, props to Chyros

I don't know if it's already been asked but is there any rated lifetime numbers for your switches? I don't think it'd ever wear down beyond function, but what's the number looking like (for science purposes)?
