I finally got my USB controller. I finished cleaning everything. The contact pads on the bottom of the switches had a lot more dirt than I expected. I removed some bad parts of the existing foam. I will have to replace the foam later since I haven't had a chance to order it to a friend in a country ...

I really don't want to remove all of the key switches and I don't have any replacement foam. I would consider it if someone sells already cut replacement foam. There is little reason why it wouldn't work, so I wouldn't wait for the controller to come in to start restoration. I think if you are lucky you may not have to replace the foam, which is hell.
