Thanks. I got impatient last night and this is what I did (for 70 switches): Top housings with 1 denture tab and a glob of unscented dish detergent, for around 6 minutes. The ball and case shape are perfect for me. But the scroll wheel is too far back and the left click button is too far down. It's just like the Ergodox, it's only ergonomic for people with big hands.
