If I remeber correctly, Webwit (black duck) had two Industrial SSK and was hording it like the crown jewels.
I have two NIB (broken rivets et al) SSKs hidden somewhere in some drawer where I can't find them....tried to find a NIB/NOS Industrial SSK but sadly no luck for me.
Lucky you.

Re: Alienware Laptop Rubber Domes.
Just dropping in a new Alienware keyboard is not so simple. The laptop has to be nearly fully disassembled in order to remove the screws that's holding the keyboard, I didn't actually count but it's about 60 screws from a total of 94. I see no point in replacement with a new keyboard only to have to...

Alienware Laptop Rubber Domes.
Ten years ago, if someone said I'd modded a rubber dome KBD, I'd called them a liar and spat in their eyes......but last week, that's exactly what I'd done, modded a rubber dome, not spat at someone. Two keys on an Alienware laptop felt unusual, now and then stuck. After prying off the caps for insp...

Re: Need help choosing a new mechanical keyboard
Preferences are purely subjective. Having purchased a NIB/NOS SIIG MiniTouch (Made in Taiwan) Monterey Switches (Blue, clicky) over a decades ago, I have no regrets and still unable to find a better keyboard as replacement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CGJ4dtgKVI If you like this keyboard but un...

Greetings, How much would two IBM Model M Space Saving keyboard, new in original box purchased over a decade ago from an ebay seller Computerw2k then put into storage, be worth today. It comes complete with some broken plastic rivets inside (I heard it rattling prior to storage) but that's the natur...

I so very much like to love Lenovo's chiclet keyboards, I did try very very hard to even like it but....... There's a red dome model which was found inside a Thinkpad X220. It has been reported this particular red dome model is rather temperamental, it likes to stay put and if removed to be transpla...

There are many ways to remove glue, it all depends on what type of glue. If you accidentally make a scratch, use 3000 grit emery paper on that rectangular patch. I too have an Omni-Key but not the Ultra which I purchased from a Canadian many years ago. These Northgate KBDs are extemely solid, double...

With due consideration to wireless technology advancement over the years, why does the manufacturers still tie up all these mice or make them so tiny that its unusable. I've been looking for a full size mouse with this simplistic design for what seems like eons, 3 button mouse will be even more suit...

No flaming please as this is my personal preference, others choice may be different. There's the microsoft wireless optical 2000, it works, no cord, nice demure click, comfortable to use but be aware that the transmitter is a little over-size (some people find it aesthetic). I find the plastic shell to be much more durable than the rubberized material used in the construction of mos...

Sehr viele Leute scheinen in der Schule Deutsch zu wählen. Warum? Ich finde es eine relativ unnütze Sprache.
