So the problem was the firmware. I got the hex from the website and it's now working fine. Thank you so much swampangel!

Help with IBM 4704 Hasu Converter

I have flashed Hasu's TMK ibm 4704 converter hex into a Pro Micro and have the wiring below, but it doesn't seem to work. I have checked all the connections for continuity with a multimiter and made sure my Pro Micro's VCC is 5V (and not 3.3V) as well.

Is this supposed to work or am I missing ...
